Your data, handled like ours.

The whole policy in one line: we collect the minimum, we use it only to serve you, and we never sell it. The long version below says the same thing, slower.

1. What we collect

We collect only what you give us and the little that tools need to work:

  • Contact details you send through our forms, email, or booking pages: name, email address, company, and whatever you write in your message.
  • Newsletter data: your email address and which issues you open, so we can see what is worth writing more of.
  • Booking data: the times you pick and the answers you give in the booking form.
  • Basic analytics: anonymous page views and traffic sources, so we know which pages help and which ones confuse.
  • Client project data: if you become a client, the brand assets, examples, and account access you choose to share so we can build your system.

2. How we use it

Three uses, and only these: replying to you and delivering the work you asked for, sending the newsletter you subscribed to, and understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. If we ever want to use your information for something new, we ask first.

3. What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
  • We never add you to the newsletter because you contacted us. Subscribing is its own separate choice.
  • We never use client project data to train public AI models or share it with other clients.
  • We never collect data from children. Our education work through DLO is built with parents and teachers in the loop, and systems for young learners collect zero data from kids by design.

4. Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking as light as the site allows. We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. Where a tool sets a cookie (for example the booking widget or a form), it is there to make that feature work, not to follow you elsewhere.

5. Who touches your data

Like every modern business, we run on a small set of trusted tools: email and workspace providers, a form and newsletter tool, a booking tool, an analytics tool, and payment processors. Each one sees only the slice of data it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy. We choose tools with strong reputations and we do not hand your data to anyone who does not need it.

6. How long we keep it

Messages and project files are kept while we work together and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our systems and ask our tools to do the same.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. One email does it. No forms, no waiting periods, no dark patterns. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is one click at the bottom of every issue.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in any way that matters, we update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, mention it in the newsletter. We will not quietly rewrite the rules.
