ETERMS OF SERVICE · PLAIN ENGLISH

The deal, written down.

Terms pages are usually where trust goes to die. Ours is written the way we would want to read one: short sections, plain words, and a summary you can actually quote.

LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026

1. Who we are

Echosyst is an Agentic OS Studio. We build AI systems with human review that absorb repeated work: content systems, follow-up systems, onboarding systems, and private setups. When these terms say "we" or "us," that is Echosyst. When they say "you," that is the person or business using our site or services.

Using our website or buying our services means you agree to these terms. That sentence is the only legalese reflex on this page, and even it is true.

2. What we sell

  • Managed systems (like the Social Content OS): monthly subscriptions where we run the system for you. AI agents draft, our humans review, you receive ready-to-use output.
  • Private Agentic OS Setups: one-time builds on your own accounts and tools, with full documentation and handover.
  • Support and care: hourly support and monthly care plans that keep systems monitored, fixed, and improving.
IN PLAIN WORDSYou can rent a running system, own a private one, or pay us to keep either healthy.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Prices are listed on the pricing page, and if we ever change your plan's price, we tell you a full billing cycle in advance so you can decide before you pay.

IN PLAIN WORDSMonth to month, cancel whenever, no exit tricks, no silent price changes.

4. Setup fees and private builds

Managed plans start with a one-time setup fee for brand voice calibration and system configuration. Private setups are quoted as a fixed range before we start, with the exact price agreed in writing. If we discover mid-build that the scope is genuinely bigger than quoted, we pause and talk to you before any extra cost exists. Surprise invoices are a bug, not a business model.

5. What you own

  • On managed plans, you own every piece of content we deliver to you, forever, even after you cancel. We own the underlying system that produces it.
  • On private setups, you own the whole thing: workflows, prompts, documentation, and accounts. You could leave us the day after handover and everything keeps working.
  • Your brand assets and project data stay yours at all times. We never reuse them for other clients or to train public models.
IN PLAIN WORDSWhat we deliver to you is yours. What you brought to us stays yours. No hostages.

6. What we promise

Every system we sell includes human review. Agents draft, people check, and that order never flips. We deliver what the plan says, on the schedule the plan says, and when something breaks we tell you and fix it rather than hoping you will not notice. What we cannot promise is specific business results: followers, revenue, or booked meetings depend on your market and your offer, and anyone who guarantees those numbers is guessing out loud.

IN PLAIN WORDSWe guarantee the work and the process. Nobody honest can guarantee your results.

7. What we ask of you

Give us truthful information and timely feedback, since review cycles need a human on your side too. Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect. And do not use our systems for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful. We refuse to build spam machines, fake-review factories, or anything aimed at children without parents and teachers in the loop, and we will end a project that turns into one.

8. Liability, the plain version

We build carefully, we test with real work, and we keep humans in the loop precisely to catch failures early. Still, no software is perfect. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem. We are not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost data in third-party tools we do not control. Nothing here removes rights that your local law says cannot be removed.

IN PLAIN WORDSIf we mess up, we fix it and our exposure is what you recently paid us. We cannot insure your whole business.

9. Ending things

You can leave anytime (section 3). We can end a project if these terms are broken or if the honest answer is that we are not the right fit, and in that case we refund what has not been delivered. Sections about ownership, liability, and privacy survive after the work ends.

10. Changes and questions

If these terms change in a way that matters, we update the date above and tell active clients directly. Questions about anything here: hello@echosyst.ai. A person answers, and if something in these terms worries you, we would rather adjust the sentence than lose the trust.
